Terms of Use / 利用規約 — 月あかり Tsukiakari

「月あかり」（以下、本アプリ）をご利用いただく前に、以下の利用規約をお読みください。本アプリをインストール・使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 利用許諾

開発者は、本規約に従い、本アプリを個人の非商用目的でのみ使用するための、取消可能・非独占・譲渡不可のライセンスを付与します。

2. 禁止事項

本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル・逆アセンブル
本アプリを改変・複製し、第三者に配布または販売すること
本アプリを商用目的で使用すること（事前の書面による許諾がない場合）
違法な目的または第三者の権利を侵害する目的での使用

3. 情報の正確性

本アプリが表示する月相・旧暦・二十四節気・七十二候・月の出入り時刻などの情報は、天文計算アルゴリズムによる参考値です。専門機関（国立天文台等）の発表値と若干異なる場合があります。重要な用途には必ず公式データをご確認ください。

4. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる損害についても、法令で許容される最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。本アプリの情報は占い・医療・健康アドバイスではありません。

5. 知的財産権

本アプリのコード・デザイン・テキスト・グラフィックに関する知的財産権はすべて開発者に帰属します。

6. サービスの変更・終了

開発者は予告なく本アプリの機能変更・アップデート停止・配信終了を行う場合があります。

7. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Please read these Terms of Use before using "Tsukiakari" ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. License

The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App to third parties.
You may not use the App for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
You may not use the App for any illegal purpose or to infringe third-party rights.

3. Accuracy of Information

Moon phases, lunar calendar dates, seasonal divisions, and moonrise/moonset times are calculated using astronomical algorithms and are provided for reference only. Values may differ slightly from official sources such as the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan. Please verify with official data for critical purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all liability for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App. Information in the App does not constitute fortune-telling, medical, or health advice.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App's code, design, text, and graphics remain with the Developer.

6. Changes & Termination

The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Japanese courts.
