「月あかり」（以下、本アプリ）は ryam244（以下、開発者）が提供する iOS アプリケーションです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 収集する情報

位置情報（任意）：月の出・月の入り時刻の計算のみに使用します。取得した位置情報は端末内でのみ処理され、開発者を含む第三者には一切送信されません。位置情報を拒否した場合は、東京（35.68°N, 139.77°E）を既定値として計算します。
アプリ内設定データ：お名前・手動設定した地点情報などは端末の UserDefaults にのみ保存されます。外部サーバーへの送信は行いません。

2. 収集しない情報

氏名・メールアドレスなどの個人識別情報
健康情報・金融情報
利用履歴・行動ログ・クラッシュレポート
広告識別子（IDFA）

3. 第三者提供

本アプリは外部 API・外部サーバーと通信を行いません。収集した情報を第三者に提供・販売することは一切ありません。

4. 広告・アナリティクス

本アプリは広告表示およびアナリティクス SDK を使用していません。

5. 免責事項

本アプリが表示する月相・旧暦・二十四節気などの情報は、天文計算に基づく自然現象の記録です。占い・医療・健康アドバイスを提供するものではありません。計算値は参考情報であり、専門機関のデータと若干異なる場合があります。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは 4 歳以上を対象としており、13 歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

7. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後のポリシーはこのページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

"Tsukiakari" (hereinafter "the App") is an iOS application developed by ryam244 (hereinafter "Developer"). This policy explains how the App handles your information.

1. Information We Collect

Location (optional): Used solely to calculate moonrise and moonset times for your location. Location data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to any server. If you decline, Tokyo (35.68°N, 139.77°E) is used as default.
In-app preferences: Your name and manually entered location are stored only in the device's local UserDefaults. Nothing is sent to external servers.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Personal identifiers (name, email, etc.)
Health or financial data
Usage history, behavior logs, or crash reports
Advertising identifiers (IDFA)

3. Third-Party Sharing

The App does not communicate with any external API or server. We never share or sell any data to third parties.

4. Advertising & Analytics

The App contains no advertisements and no analytics SDKs.

5. Disclaimer

Moon phase, lunar calendar, and seasonal data displayed by the App are astronomical calculations for reference purposes only. They are not fortune-telling, medical, or health advice. Calculated values may differ slightly from official sources.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy without prior notice. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
