Service: PaceWeek / Last updated:
me LLC ("we") explains how information is handled in the current free version of PaceWeek, on its information website, and when you contact us for support.
1. Records stored on your device
PaceWeek does not require an account or login. Habit names, goals, schedules, time and energy choices, activity records, rest-day settings, and reflection notes are stored locally on your device or in the browser you use. Language and timezone settings are used to display the app and calculate dates. Your habit records are not automatically sent to our servers, and we cannot access records kept only on your device.
2. No automatic collection of personal records
The app does not automatically collect names, email addresses, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics for us. It does not include advertising or analytics SDKs, tracking, in-app AI, or cloud synchronization. Information you choose to send in a support inquiry is handled as described in section 5.
3. Backups, sharing, and restoring
You can export habits, records, rest-day settings, and reflections as a JSON backup, save or share the file using your device's features, or display and copy the JSON to the clipboard. You can also choose a backup file or paste JSON to restore your data. These actions are initiated by you; exporting or restoring a backup does not automatically send its contents to us.
A backup may contain personal notes. Check its contents and the destination before sharing it. If you choose another app or cloud storage service, that provider's privacy policy applies to the copy you send there. Parents or guardians should check any backup a child shares with an external service.
4. Apple services
App Store distribution and related platform services are operated by Apple. Information handled by Apple is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy and your device and Apple Account settings. The current version of PaceWeek does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions, and we do not receive payment card details.
5. Support inquiries
If you email contact@div-me.com, we receive the email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and provide related support. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information or complete backups when they are not needed to explain the issue.
Support correspondence is retained for handling the inquiry and necessary follow-up, subject to applicable record-retention requirements. You can use the same address to ask about or request deletion of information you have sent to us.
6. Visits to this website
This information website and its policy pages are hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub logs visitors' IP addresses for security purposes when these pages are opened. This website hosting information is separate from the habit records stored locally by the app. See GitHub Pages data collection and the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
7. Retention and deletion of local data
Local records remain in the app or browser until they are removed. Uninstalling the app, clearing app or browser data, or device failure may cause records to be lost. Back up important records before changing devices or deleting data. We cannot remotely access or delete records held only on your device.
Exported files, clipboard copies, and device or cloud backups may retain separate copies. Manage or delete those copies through the device, app, or service where you saved them.
8. Changes and contact
We will update this page and its revision date when the app's information handling changes. Questions about this policy or information you have sent to us can be directed to contact@div-me.com.
